Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Navigator, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic support and conduct structured clinical intakes for callers seeking help with substance use
• Coordinate care and connect callers to appropriate treatment options based on intake outcomes
• Document intakes and follow-ups accurately, participating in quality assurance and team collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Experience working for a warmline and/or substance use disorder (SUD) program (1+ year preferred)
• Comfort with structured clinical intake workflows and adherence to protocols/scripts
• Strong phone presence and ability to build trust with high-acuity callers
• Fluency with harm reduction and trauma-informed engagement
• High reliability and excellent documentation discipline
