Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor on people strategy and organizational health
• Partner with leaders to design organizational structures and workforce plans
• Lead national People & Culture strategies and ensure compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum eight (8) years of senior leadership experience in HRBP or Employee Relations
• Expertise in multi-state and California employment law
• Proven ability to enhance organizational performance through HR strategies
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
