A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 5-10 years of experience in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims
• Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including hearings and trials
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect clients' rights and interests

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the California Bar
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Knowledge of Louisiana laws, regulations, and procedures required
• Must be located in or near the state of California
