Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload handling all aspects of claims and cases from client intake to trial
• Make decisions regarding case acceptance, prosecution, and settlement
• Collaborate with firm management to determine cases to be tried to maximize client recovery

Required Qualifications

• Must be barred in California and in good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law
• Solid litigation experience
• Ability to manage cases independently
• Experience in making strategic legal decisions
