Job Summary

To support a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm, the contract California Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will manage litigation files from intake through litigation, prepare court documents, and coordinate case documentation while working fully remote within Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation files and assist with case management
• Prepare and electronically file court forms, pleadings, and litigation documents
• Order medical records and coordinate case documentation

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation paralegal
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and e-filing
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Tech-savvy with experience in legal software and AI tools
