Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Inbound Sales Associate to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from dealership partners via phone and email
• Assist with new business quotes, endorsements, and basic policy servicing tasks
• Maintain accurate records and support onboarding efforts for new dealership partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within a designated timeframe
• Prior customer service or administrative experience (preferred)
• Exposure to insurance, dealership operations, or sales environments (preferred)
• Interest in developing a career within the insurance industry (preferred)
