California Licensed Personal Lines Manager

Job Summary

California Licensed Personal Lines Manager, responsible for providing client service and managing personal lines accounts in a fully remote position with a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Process applications, policy changes, and renewals while ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency procedures
• Maintain communication with clients and producers regarding account updates and potential cross-sell opportunities
• Participate in special projects and collaborate with management and other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Active DOI P&C License required or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Ability to work 8am - 5pm Pacific Time hours
• Knowledge of AMS360 and/or EPIC agency management system
• Familiarity with commercial insurance and products is a plus
