California Licensed Personal Lines Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional client service, the full-time California Licensed Personal Lines Representative will assist clients with their insurance needs, manage policy inquiries, and maintain accurate client data while working remotely from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions regarding policies, endorsements, and claims
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology
• Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficient in using technology to enhance productivity and service quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Practical experience in client-facing customer service (preferred)
