California Licensed Personal Lines Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional client service in a fully remote capacity, the California Licensed Personal Lines Specialist will assist clients with their insurance needs, manage policy inquiries, and maintain accurate client data while working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions regarding policies, endorsements, and claims
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to maintain accurate client and policy data, enhancing service quality
• Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using technology to maximize productivity and quality
• Experience in client-facing customer service is preferred
