California Licensed Personal Lines Specialist
Job Summary
Providing exceptional client service, the fully remote California Licensed Personal Lines Specialist will assist clients with their insurance needs, manage policy inquiries, and maintain accurate client data while working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in navigating their insurance needs, including auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies
- Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity and service quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in client-facing customer service is preferred
