Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacist in California.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and identify drug-related problems
Contact provider offices to discuss treatment options, particularly related to diabetes medications
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, DEA, FDA, and board of pharmacy regulations

Required Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy
0-2 years of experience required
Experience with COA MR and SUPD
Medicare/STARS or health plan experience preferred
