Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Quality Coordinator responsible for improving medication adherence and advancing pharmacy quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct member outreach to address care gaps and improve medication adherence
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve medication-related issues
  • Support pharmacy quality initiatives and maintain accurate documentation of outreach efforts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or member outreach
  • Knowledge of medication adherence concepts and pharmacy terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active California Pharmacy Technician license preferred
