Key Responsibilities
- Conduct member outreach to address care gaps and improve medication adherence
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve medication-related issues
- Support pharmacy quality initiatives and maintain accurate documentation of outreach efforts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or member outreach
- Knowledge of medication adherence concepts and pharmacy terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license preferred
