Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the part-time California Licensed Pharmacy Coordinator will provide clinical and technical support under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, coordinating ongoing care and treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care as directed by clinicians and document pertinent patient information in the electronic medical record
  • Assist clinical pharmacists in resolving medication-related issues and participate in wellness programs for patient transitions and medication reviews
  • Exhibit superior customer service skills while collaborating with healthcare team members and managing incoming patient communications
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience with medical and pharmacy terminology
  • Basic proficiency in Windows and MS applications (Word, Excel)
