Job Summary
Providing clinical and technical support, the part-time California Licensed Pharmacy Coordinator will coordinate ongoing care and treatment plans for patients while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone, with occasional onsite meetings in Southern California.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care as directed by clinicians and company standards
- Assist clinical pharmacists in resolving medication-related issues and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Engage in wellness programs and follow up with patients post-hospitalization for medication reviews
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant
- 1+ years of face-to-face or telephonic customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with medical and pharmacy terminology
- Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
