California Licensed Pharmacy Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefits Management Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical activities related to Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) for assigned clients
- Advise clients on clinical matters including formulary composition and medication therapy management (MTM) programs
- Monitor and improve medication adherence programs and ensure compliance with CMS requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Current unrestricted Pharmacy License in California, Florida, or Ohio
- Minimum of five years of recent experience in pharmacy benefits management
- Deep understanding of Medicare Part D STARS Program and MTM experience preferred
- Working knowledge of applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations
