Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Pricing and Compliance Specialist to manage pharmaceutical charge compliance and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the pharmaceutical chargemaster, ensuring accurate pricing and coding
• Perform coding, charge capture, and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Examine financial data and prepare reports to support operational decisions and monitor key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent required
• Three years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical billing, coding, or chargemaster management
• Experience in pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, informatics, or compliance
• 1-2 years of statistical analysis experience preferred
• Registered Pharmacist (RPH) certification required; CPC and CCS certifications preferred
