Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee team operations, including performance management, scheduling, and collaboration with clinical teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven sales record
  • Aptitude for leadership and ability to establish credibility within a team environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database programs is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
