Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists to ensure compliant communication with patients
- Conduct audits and facilitate efficient workflows between team members and hospital partners
- Oversee team operations, including performance management, scheduling, and collaboration with clinical teams
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven sales record
- Aptitude for leadership and ability to establish credibility within a team environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database programs is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
