Job Summary

To support a dedicated Patient Outreach team, the remote Patient Outreach Supervisor will manage and develop Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists, ensuring effective communication with potential patients while maintaining strong relationships with hospital partners.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and effective communication by coaching Patient Outreach Coordinators on best practices and conversational techniques
• Conduct audits of team communications and workflows to maintain high standards of patient interaction and operational efficiency
• Facilitate collaboration between Patient Outreach staff and hospital partners, managing escalations and addressing performance concerns

Required qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven track record
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and establish credibility within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly learn other database programs
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
