California Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Refill Technician to provide support in the filling and delivery of specialty medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate assistance to patients and pharmacy staff through outbound and inbound calls
• Coordinate medication refills, including data entry and troubleshooting claim issues
• Document work appropriately and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• State registered as a pharmacy technician; national certification (CPhT) preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 5-8 years preferred
• Experience working with healthcare professionals in a medical clinic is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within a specified timeframe
