Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Confirmation Associate to ensure timely medication delivery to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of specialty medications by collaborating with external specialty pharmacies
• Identify and resolve barriers to patients receiving their first delivery of specialty medications
• Document findings in patient adherence platforms and assist with prior authorization renewals

Required Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience as a pharmacy technician
• PTCB certified or committed to obtaining certification within the first nine months of employment
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Organized, self-driven, and capable of leading by example
• Motivated by an innovative and fast-paced environment
