Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members regarding prior authorization processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of reviews and assist with outbound calls and inquiries
• Transfer clinical questions and escalations to the pharmacist team as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Pharmacy Technician license or certification with no restrictions
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a pharmacy call center or similar customer service role
• Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet utilization
• National pharmacy technician certification preferred
