Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician to support medication adherence initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound member outreach calls focused on medication adherence and quality gap closure
• Identify barriers to medication use and coordinate with prescribers and pharmacies to resolve issues
• Accurately document outreach efforts and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
• At least 1 year of experience working remotely in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be 18 years of age or older
