Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Eligibility Specialist to grow the specialty pharmacy patient population and conduct benefits investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct benefits investigations and utilize tools to identify insurance coverage
  • Document outcomes of investigations and collaborate with team members for quality patient care
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • State license required; nationally certified from PTCB or equivalent preferred
  • Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Pharmacy Dispensing Systems (PDS)
