Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, courteous assistance
• Process prior authorization requests using established criteria
• Document approvals, denials, and all interactions accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center (healthcare, PBM, or prior authorization preferred)
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in an administrative or support role
• Active Pharmacy Technician license or certification (no restrictions)
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
