Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Pharmacy Technician to engage with patients and promote pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to enroll eligible patients in the specialty pharmacy program
- Educate patients about the services offered by the pharmacy program
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related role
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
- National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
- Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
- Flexibility in shift times, including occasional weekends
