Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Pharmacy Technician to engage with patients and promote pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to enroll eligible patients in the specialty pharmacy program
  • Educate patients about the services offered by the pharmacy program
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related role
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
  • National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
  • Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
  • Flexibility in shift times, including occasional weekends
