Job Summary
Bilingual and detail-oriented, the remote California Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage patient calls, assist with medication refills, and collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure patients receive necessary support.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound patient and pharmacy calls
- Schedule and complete medication refills for patients
- Process prescriptions and resolve claim issues while updating patient records
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- State registration as a Pharmacy Technician (required where applicable)
- National certification (CPhT/PTCB) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong computer skills
