California Licensed Physical Security Lead

Job Summary

To lead technical operations for physical security projects, the contracted California Licensed Physical Security Lead will provide guidance and oversight for project delivery, ensuring technical quality and coordination from site survey through implementation while working remotely during standard business hours with on-call support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, ensuring quality delivery milestones are met
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during installations and oversee conversion bridge activities
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office on project scheduling and manage workload across concurrent projects

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in project-based physical security work, including design and implementation
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deployments
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security integration
