Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Physician (MD or DO).

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals
• Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results
• Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
• At least 2 years of experience in neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, primary care, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with cognitive testing tools such as MoCA, MMSE, or equivalent
• Must have experience working with clients who are age 65+
• Must have an active NPI
