Job Summary
A company is looking for a Physician III.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly quality chart reviews of a representative sample or a minimum of two chart reviews
- Meet with assigned Nurse Practitioners to review and discuss chart documentation and quality of care
- Be available for communication during Nurse Practitioners' working hours and serve as a supervising physician
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed by the California medical board
- Preferred board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Ability to complete 8 hours of supervision per month for assigned Nurse Practitioners
- Compliance with applicable laws and NP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement
- Liability insurance will be provided for professional services related to supervision and collaboration
