Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Physician Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) physicians
• Drive onboarding processes and ensure timely activation and utilization of physicians
• Proactively identify retention risks and resolve operational issues impacting physician evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or client success in healthcare or similar environments
• Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and drive performance outcomes
• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams in a decentralized organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and CRM systems for performance monitoring
