Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Private Client Placement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor PCS Marketing Specialists while ensuring quality marketing practices
• Lead the quoting and placement of complex New Business submissions and maintain a personal book of responsibilities
• Cultivate relationships with underwriters and serve as a liaison between producers and carriers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Private Client insurance marketing or placement
• Proven leadership experience in a brokerage or agency setting
• Deep knowledge of High-Net-Worth carriers
• Valid P&C broker's license
• College degree preferred; industry designations strongly preferred
