Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multifamily clients, ensuring high-quality property management aligned with client goals
• Build client relationships, set rental rates, negotiate lease agreements, and address client issues
• Refine systems for small multifamily portfolios, monitor key metrics, and proactively advise clients on property needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Active California Real Estate license is required
• 5+ years of experience in residential property management, preferably with small multifamily or portfolio oversight
• Proven ability to build and implement systems and scalable processes
• Proficiency in property management software, with familiarity in AppFolio and Lead Simple preferred
