A company is looking for a Post-Conviction Relief Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal rights and prepare legal documents for post-conviction relief cases
• Attend motion hearings and manage court appearances, including drafting motions and performing legal research
• Handle open criminal cases and collaborate with other attorneys within the firm

Qualifications

• Experience in criminal defense or immigration law
• Experience handling criminal cases at the state and local level
• A team player who collaborates effectively with associates
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
