Seeking a California Licensed Pre-Litigation Attorney for a full-time remote position, this role involves managing a high-volume docket of pre-litigation employment matters, serving as the primary client contact, and conducting case evaluations and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of pre-litigation employment matters
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain consistent, high-quality client communication
• Conduct case evaluations, strategy development, and risk/value assessments

Required Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• 1-7 years of legal experience, preferably in employment law
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Excellent writing and negotiation ability
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a large caseload
