A company is looking for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and insurance carriers to manage case files and negotiate settlements
• Order medical records and obtain necessary documents to support injury and liability positions
• Prepare comprehensive demands and maintain organized case files from intake to closing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal with cases originating in California preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster preferred
• Negotiating skills and ability to work proactively with clients and providers
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage workload with minimal supervision
