California Licensed Pre-Operative LVN

Job Summary

Providing direct nursing care and coordination for low- to moderate-risk surgical patients, the full-time California Licensed Pre-Operative LVN will ensure proper patient preparation for surgery while working remotely under the supervision of High-Risk RNs or pre-surgical NPs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-operative care and ensure patient readiness for surgical procedures
• Serve as a resource for patients, enhancing safety and satisfaction throughout the pre-operative process
• Support efficient navigation through pre-operative protocols and assist with any required documentation

Required qualifications

• Active LVN license in California and Texas
• Preferred experience in pre-operative or surgical care settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to utilize correct body mechanics in job-related activities
• Strong customer service orientation and analytical skills
