Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote position focused on Internal Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician and refer to specialists when necessary
• Support patients post-discharge and work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Active CA state medical license; IMLC preferred
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week, including 12-hour shifts on weekends
