Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote position focused on internal medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Support patients post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an in-person primary care setting
• Must have an active CA state medical license, IMLC preferred
• Experience with virtual visits required
