Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Principal Machine Learning Engineer, the full-time position will focus on building cloud-based AI/ML solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the technical direction for conversational analytics, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement advanced AI/ML solutions to enhance intelligent enterprise services
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software
- Engage with product owners to understand requirements and oversee the entire software development lifecycle from design to delivery
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in building and shipping large-scale production software systems
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience with AI Native development and tools such as Claude Code
- Familiarity with vector-based retrieval, agentic architectures, and knowledge graphs
- Proven ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering team growth and collaboration
