Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Privacy Manager responsible for overseeing privacy operations and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of customer-facing privacy resources and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Oversee the enterprise Privacy Training Program and educate staff on privacy requirements and best practices
• Manage Privacy Impact Assessments, review data transfers, and promote Privacy by Design across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in privacy, risk, audit, or related IT compliance functions
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority programs and projects with minimal supervision
• Strong technical aptitude for effective collaboration with technology professionals and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of U.S. and international privacy laws and best practices
• Ability to understand data flows and support the integrity of the organization's privacy compliance program
