Job Summary

Managing and growing relationships with private capital clients, the full-time California Licensed Private Risk Specialist will develop customized insurance programs, advise on risk management strategies, and ensure exceptional client service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with private equity firms, family offices, and venture capital organizations
• Develop and implement tailored personal and commercial insurance programs based on clients' risk profiles
• Advise clients on risk management strategies for personal assets, business operations, and executive liabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in private client, commercial insurance, or risk management roles
• Strong understanding of property & casualty insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver consultative solutions
• Insurance licensing required or ability to obtain upon hire
