Job Summary
Regulating and maintaining patient appointment schedules for Interventional Radiology, Cat Scan, and Special Procedures, the full-time California Licensed Procedure Scheduler will work onsite to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize patient appointment schedules for various medical procedures
- Coordinate with physicians, employees, and patients to facilitate effective communication and scheduling
- Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently to maintain standard workflow within the scheduling department
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar role
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a flexible and cooperative manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic work environment
