California Licensed Processing Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the loan processing function, the full-time California Licensed Processing Supervisor will ensure Reverse Mortgage loans move efficiently and compliantly from application through closing while providing leadership and training to processing staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and develops a team of loan processors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Monitors productivity and quality, providing feedback and performance evaluations to the team
• Oversees loan processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of loan files

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and mortgage industry processes
• Current knowledge of TRID, COC, ECOA, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
