California Licensed Procurement Buyer

Job Summary

To ensure the fulfillment of moderately complex purchase orders, the full-time California Licensed Procurement Buyer will manage requisitions, negotiate pricing terms, and oversee vendor performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitates the fulfillment of purchase orders by reviewing requisitions and placing orders with vendors
• Negotiates pricing terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contracts
• Monitors vendor performance and compliance with contracts, resolving issues related to order fulfillment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or procurement
• One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships preferred
• Proficiency in negotiation for procurement of goods and services
