Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Master's degree in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or related field preferred with 6 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of California State Contracting Manual and procurement processes
- Contracting Professional Certification (FAC-C Professional, DAWIA Level II or III, or equivalent)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
