Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire acquisition process, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Review major procurements for accuracy and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Evaluate supplier performance and monitor contract compliance
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Master's degree in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or related field preferred with 6 years of experience
  • Extensive knowledge of California State Contracting Manual and procurement processes
  • Contracting Professional Certification (FAC-C Professional, DAWIA Level II or III, or equivalent)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
