Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a legal role
• Prior experience advising online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with financial services consumer protection laws and regulations
• Knowledge of U.S. privacy laws and evolving AI regulatory frameworks
• Experience in advising on legal aspects of product development in the technology sector
