Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on privacy and data security implications of robot sensor systems
• Lead compliance strategy under global privacy regimes and support international product launches
• Negotiate data processing agreements and assess third-party tools and data processors

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state or equivalent foreign jurisdiction
• 6-10+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including law firm, in-house, or government experience
• Demonstrated experience advising on technology, AI-powered products, and advanced product counseling
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection, and intellectual property laws and regulations
