Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and tools to enhance visibility into product and customer behavior

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or product analytics in a SaaS or technology context
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with structured survey data and large datasets
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel)
• Experience in field service management or B2B SaaS is a plus
