Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of CA Property Product (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Product function, ensuring compliance and decision-making
• Coach and train the Product team, overseeing hiring and performance evaluations
• Conduct research and analysis to provide product recommendations and improve underwriting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years of experience in a Product role with California property product required
• 5+ years of experience managing Product personnel
• Strong working knowledge of P&C policy contracts
• Understanding of rate making principles and processes
