California Licensed Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to manage the product roadmap and backlog while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prioritize the product backlog based on the product roadmap and strategic goals
• Interact regularly with stakeholders to understand business value and ensure alignment with enterprise OKRs
• Lead the product team in managing the end-to-end release of new features, including documentation and support guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a product owner in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial Banking industry experience preferred
• Experience with product management tools, such as Jira
• Industry certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) are highly desired
